However, Name Japanese does not share your personal information with other companies, distributers or organisations. Once transferred into the database, only authorised persons at Name Japanese can access to your personal information. When our business is sold or restructured, your personal information may be transferred into a new business.
Name Japanese gathers some information automatically through our server and stores it in log files. Such information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), a host name, operating system, date and time data were sent and which page of our Site you visited. When you upload your file in our web site, you file is temporary saved in our log file of our server, but it is automatically deleted. This is a part of a process to forward your order information to our email server.
